Supporting the Community and Families We Love.

The holiday spirit was at full throttle, as Paradigm employees wrapped up their annual Share Your Holidays food drive and performed a COVID pivot to host a virtual Santa event for our Paradigmer kids.

In its 25th year, the Madison-area Share Your Holidays campaign collected more than four million meals for Southwestern Wisconsin families and individuals struggling with hunger. For Paradigm’s part, employees contributed more than two barrels of food and contributed $1,070. That translates into 3,210 meals destined to help those in need live healthy and strong lives.

“We are so pleased to give back to the community we love,” says Aubree Martin, Paradigm Vice President of Human Resources. “A big thanks to the Paradigm employees for always stepping up to the cause.”

A global pandemic didn’t stop Santa form doing his duty for the annual Paradigm Breakfast with Santa event. However a little elven magic was required to ensure the only thing transmitted this year was the holiday spirit.

During a normal year, Paradigm employees and their children gather at the Paradigm headquarters for a festive and fun morning of gifts and breakfast treats with the Big Guy himself. For this year’s festivities—temporarily renamed “Not Quite Breakfast With Santa,” 51 Paradigm families and their 94 children throughout the U.S. received a special at-home delivery of presents, festively personalized tote bags, and a make-your-own-ornament kit.

For each Paradigm family member who received a present, Paradigm cooperated with Boys & Girls Clubs of Dane County to donate a gift to kids in need. That’s the holiday spirit, COVID-style!
