We have an on-site gym that has free weights, weight machines, stationary bikes, ellipticals, treadmills, and showers.
Having the gym available allows me to start my day off energized and ready to focus. The gym has just about everything you need to maintain your fitness level without having to get locked into a gym membership for two years
Paradigm reimburses a set amount per year for each employee as a way of encouraging staff to spend time away from work and maintain a healthy work-life balance.
Unwinding after a hectic week and a quick weekend trip seems to be the answer, the Get-Away Benefit only makes it perfect!! This benefit made my trip more fun!
Paradigm employees receive a discount from Verizon Wireless on both service plans and accessories!
Phones play such a big part of our lives nowadays, that having the ability to save a little money on my service through work is a really nice perk.
On-Site Chair Massages
A licensed massage therapist comes each week and performs chair massages for a small fee.
I love having On-Site Chair Massage at work! It a convenient way to regularly take time to relax and it helps me stay healthy and balanced.

I'm all for it...having a big ol' lab means having really big vet bills once they start to get older.
After Hours Party Venue
We make our cool office space available to employees for after hours parties, receptions, and family gatherings for FREE!
It’s fun having a space that not only is great to work at, but one that friends and family can enjoy as well!
Free Coffee & Tea
We partner with a local coffee brewhouse to provide free coffee - plus tea and hot chocolate!
I love the coffee and it feels good knowing that Paradigm is supporting another local business.
Our community is very important to us. We have tons of company-sponsored charity events and ways that employees can give back.
Each year, Paradigm and its employees give time and money to help those within our community. Giving back is a year-round thing for us, and I really appreciate that.
Casual Dress Environment
We believe that our employees are most productive when they're comfortably dressed for the occasion.
I've worked places that required a shirt & tie every day. Paradigm isn't one of those places, and I love the fact that when I'm not meeting with customers, I can wear jeans and a t-shirt to work.
Play Xbox on our Jumbo TV! We offer multiple gaming consoles and even physical games such as ping pong, pool, and darts.
Sometimes when dealing with a particularly difficult issue, it helps to be able to just step back and blow off some steam before jumping back into the problem refreshed.
Team & Company Events
Paradigm likes to show our employees we care, so we have tons of fun events including Margarita Mondays, Puppy days, City Scour and more!
Not only are the events fun, but they give an opportunity for me to hang out and with my co-workers, especially those that I don't work with on a day-to-day basis. They're more than just the people I work with...they're friends and teammates!
Flexible Hours & Schedule
Paradigm promotes an environment where employees and their managers are free to develop work schedules that promote flexibility and meet the needs of the business.
Paradigm provides the flexibility and work-life balance that’s important to me and my family.
Super Bike Friendly!
Paradigm's office is connected to biking trails, has ample bike racks, and even has a biking group that organizes group rides!
Our company cycling group organizes morning rides in warm weather months. It's a great opportunity to get some exercise and get to know your co-workers!

How do I stay up to date on new job opportunities at Paradigm?
The best way to stay informed about job openings at Paradigm is to connect with us on social media. We’ll not only post new job openings there, but it’s also a great way to keep up to date on company news and events.
You may be thinking to yourself “Self, the rest of Paradigm’s website looks so serious and professional. Is their company culture really that fun?” We are extremely professional when dealing with our customers, but we also feel that it is important to love the place you work. Rather than using the “work hard, play hard” cliché, we’ll put it to you this way: if our corporate culture was a haircut, it would be a mullet—business in the front, party in the back.
