something that’s both comfortable and professional.

You may be thinking to yourself “Self, the rest of Paradigm’s website looks so serious and professional. Is their company culture really that fun?” We are extremely professional when dealing with our customers, but we also feel that it is important to love the place you work. Rather than using the “work hard, play hard” cliché, we’ll put it to you this way: if our corporate culture was a haircut, it would be a mullet—business in the front, party in the back.
