We’re significantly increasing personnel dedicated to our security and architecture team and investing in more automation, scalability, and cloud innovations. In addition, the Paradigm Compliance team ensures we remain in SOC 2, Type 2 compliance with each new major release, so you can rest assured your data is in good hands.

Investing in Efficiency, Functionality, and User Experience

Navigating supply and demand issues is foremost on our customers’ minds, as they look ahead to what appears to be another record-setting year. Manufacturers have come to count on the Paradigm Nexus ERP to streamline production processes, improve decision-making, and reduce costs.

To that end, Paradigm will focus on helping manufacturers improve inventory efficiencies, address supply chain challenges, adding production planning tools, and improving customer communication and order-tracking functions. The ERP side of the business will also see significant increases in team size, to accelerate progress on the Paradigm Nexus UI and features, while making the product more web-enabled.

Also, the Nexus team has started development of a cloud-native ERP product to provide best-in-class capabilities, while reducing IT costs and streamlining implementations. Here are few examples of what’s in store for Paradigm Nexus.

Steady Transition from the Desktop-based MasterPoint ERP to Paradigm Nexus

We continue to convert our user base from the MasterPoint user interface to our more streamlined, intuitive, and accessible Paradigm Nexus applications. 2021 saw a major focus on mobile users on the shop floor and in the warehouse. In 2022, we’ll see a shift towards more traditional back-office roles. Examples include:

  • Upgrading Capacity Control and Production Planning screens
  • MRP and inventory functions and screens
  • Shipping functions and screens and adding route planning
Focus on Efficiency, Capacity, and Scheduling
  • Respond to supply chain and capacity issues by fine tuning make vs. buy assembly decisions or implementing line-switching adjustments
  • Additional Nexus improvements for Receiving and Cycle Count planning
  • Assembly reworks performed directly from Paperless Shop Floor interface
  • Plant-level capacity visibility, load balancing, and production planning capabilities
  • Shipping calendar enhancements for more advanced local delivery planning by customer
Improved Customer Communication and Tracking Tools
  • Customer internal order tracking tools (Available in Paradigm Omni)
  • Dealer Receiving functions
