Employees Recognize Paradigm as a Madison Top Workplace for the Fifth Year in a Row

In an exciting announcement, Paradigm has been recognized as a Madison Top Workplace for the fifth consecutive year. This award is a testament to the exceptional employees who continue to foster a work environment that encourages creativity, collaboration, and personal growth.

The Top Workplaces Award

The Top Workplaces award is based on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by Energage, LLC. The survey measures several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, satisfaction, and connection. Paradigm’s employees scored the company highly in these areas, highlighting how the people-first culture makes them feel valued and cared for.

Tim Page, the President of Paradigm, expressed his gratitude, stating, “This award highlights the strength of our Paradigm team.  It also demonstrates the employee-first culture we have built at Paradigm.”

What Makes Paradigm a Great Place to Work

Paradigm’s company culture emphasizes personal well-being and a healthy work-life balance. Paradigm provides paid mental health days, volunteer time off, and paid parental leave.

Each quarter, employees nominate their peers and managers for the Paradigm Proud recognition program. The selected winners receive up to $1,000 to use on an activity or item of their choice. Past winners have purchased a new bike or rented a party bus to attend a baseball game with friends.

Paradigm is a blend of in-the-office, hybrid, and remote employees. Activities throughout the year provide opportunities to connect in-person and virtually. The annual Paradigm Scour event is an all-company scavenger hunt held near the company’s headquarters in Middleton, WI.

During the holiday season, Breakfast with Santa is an in-office event organized for employees and their families. The company includes remote workers in the festivities, too. Paradigm sends activity kits and gifts to employees’ families nationwide.
