Employees Rank Paradigm a Top Workplace

We’re pleased to announce that our own employees have chosen Paradigm as a 2021 Top Workplace, emphasizing our culture that fosters employee engagement, offers meaningful work, and amplifies talent, among other valued attributes.
The Wisconsin State Journal ranks top workplace recipients based on a scientific, anonymous survey of employees who are asked to rate their workplace culture and what they value most. Survey categories include company alignment, coaching, connections, engagement, leadership and “basics,” such as pay, benefits, flexibility, and expectations. High-scoring employers are categorized by size, based on number of employees, and are recognized as Top Workplaces.
