Who is Paradigm?
Founded in 1999 by Nathan Herbst and Lyn Hartl, Paradigm technology is transforming the way that residential construction business is done across the globe. Our technology platform is the largest of its kind in the world, serving customers in both new construction and renovation markets by increasing sales and operational efficiencies. Our customers include renovation contractors, dealers, lumberyards, distributors, retailers, and manufacturers.
Paradigm was acquired by Builders FirstSource on August 17, 2021, and continues to invest in the advancement of Paradigm’s core products for the manufacturer, dealer and retail segments of the home building industry. Together, Paradigm and Builders FirstSource are committed to creating technologies that drive efficiency in the home builder market. Builders FirstSource is the largest U.S. supplier of building products, prefabricated components and value-added services to the professional market segment for new residential construction and repair and remodeling.

As part of this, we support over 100,000 end users, striving to simplify the process of configuring, selling, and manufacturing millwork—whether in-store, online, in-home, or on the manufacturing floor.
