Paradigm is obsessed with providing the very best software solutions to our customers and their users. In our never-ending efforts to deliver on that goal, we go to great lengths to make certain user feedback is part of the process. It’s really the only way we can get better year after year.

Here are some of the steps we take:

  • Each year, Paradigm, along with an outside research firm, conducts an end-user survey that reaches over 35,000 individuals. In the survey, respondents are asked to comment on software matters ranging from ease of use, to catalog content, software support.
  • In addition to our annual survey, we conduct usability testing and utilize in-app feedback tools to gauge users’ reactions regarding simplicity, speed, and user experience.
  • To cap it off we conduct one-to-one in-depth interviews where we can really listen, probe, and then listen a bit more.

Research results are shared with all levels of our organization, including Paradigm’s Product development group who incorporates improvements into the software, and our Professional Services teams who are responsible for evolving our implementation philosophy.

The results, along with recommended product improvements, are also shared with our customers. In the end, this commitment to continuous research pays dividends for our customers in the form of user adoption, satisfaction, and retention.
