Customer Focus Creates Professional Growth for Paradigm Employees.
Paradigm announces the promotion of four employees to vice president. Brandon Peck, Dana Apfel, Jess Williamson, and Aubree Martin will provide leadership in key roles that emphasize Paradigm’s commitment to employee development, customer success, and business growth.
As Vice President of Operations, Peck will focus on optimizing Paradigm operations by engaging teams and deploying systems to meet the business’s and industry’s ever-changing needs. He has served in a variety of roles since joining Paradigm in 2011, most recently serving as Director of Professional Services.
Apfel now heads Paradigm’s Professional Services division as Vice President of Professional Services. Formerly a Paradigm Senior Professional Services Manager, Apfel will lead the evolution of the division to support customers with more data analytics, training on Paradigm systems, and expansion of services that build the bottom line for customers.
Vice President of Product, Williamson, is responsible for customer success with Paradigm’s flagship quoting, configuration, and selling solution: Paradigm Omni. Joining Paradigm in 2006, Williamson is a leading expert in configuration, quoting, and selling technology for the building products industry and will focus on helping Paradigm customers implement innovative solutions that achieve their business goals.
Martin, Vice President of Human Resources, joined Paradigm as a Senior Manager of Human Resources in 2017. Since then, the organization has experienced a 98 percent growth in personnel across 13 states and internationally. Martin’s new leadership role will focus on cultivating the Paradigm culture and ensuring that Paradigm is a great place to work where employees grow and ideas are heard.
