National First Responders Day Is October 28, 2020

Paradigm Teams with Local Diner to Honor First Responders

In celebration of National First Responders Day, Paradigm is partnering with Hubbard Avenue Diner to offer a complimentary meal to area firefighters, EMS, and law enforcement professionals.

On a day dedicated to recognizing the men and women who jump into action when disaster strikes, employees of the Middleton Fire Department and EMS, Middleton Police Department and 911 Dispatch Center, and the Dane County Sheriff’s Office can pick up breakfast, lunch, dinner, or just a snack at the Hubbard Avenue Diner October 28, from 7:30 A.M. to 8:00 P.M.

First responders who confirm their identity can place takeout orders by calling (608) 831-6800. Diner staff will deliver meals curbside, or orders can be picked up inside (while practicing social distancing).

Congress designated October 28th as National First Responders Day in 2017. The resolution recognizes the firefighters, police officers, and EMTs who are first on the scene in stressful circumstances.

“While first responders deserve recognition every day, Paradigm is honored to offer a little formal recognition to the folks who commit themselves to protecting others,” says Nathan Herbst, Paradigm CEO.
