We’re pleased to announce that our own employees have chosen Paradigm as a 2021 Top Workplace, emphasizing our culture that fosters employee engagement, offers meaningful work, and amplifies talent, among other valued attributes.

The Wisconsin State Journal ranks top workplace recipients based on a scientific, anonymous survey of employees who are asked to rate their workplace culture and what they value most. Survey categories include company alignment, coaching, connections, engagement, leadership and “basics,” such as pay, benefits, flexibility, and expectations. High-scoring employers are categorized by size, based on number of employees, and are recognized as Top Workplaces.

“We are honored to be among the top places to work,” says Aubree Martin, Paradigm Vice President of Human Resources. “The award is especially meaningful because it’s based on feedback from our own people.”

“What motivates me the most about Paradigm is working with smart, collaborative people. There is always an opportunity to learn in any given day/week while working for Paradigm.”

“I am treated so well. The culture is great and I feel like people genuinely care about my work, but also about me as a human.”

“I feel like I’m part of something — it isn’t just a job to me, but a family that I am helping to nurture and grow. Like most families, we sometimes fight and sometimes disagree, but still find ways to work together and focus on what is important to us as a whole.”

“I think Paradigm does a good job hiring all kinds of people with diverse backgrounds. That makes for a great environment for diverse ideas. Management always listens to their employees for new ideas as well.”

“…I have been encouraged to be creative and provide feedback on my ideas by my direct manager and others. There is an openness to being creative in approaches.”
